Megan is licensed as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois, and she recently obtained her LPC in Texas.

Megan has experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and mental illness in a day program setting, as well as with children and adolescents who have behavioral difficulties in a therapeutic school environment. She understands the importance of building strong and personal relationships with her clients and often uses her training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy to teach mindfulness and relaxation skills to help clients work through tough emotions like anger and anxiety. Megan is also trained in crisis intervention.

To connect with her clients, Megan builds rapport, meets clients where they are at in their wellness journey, and works with them to achieve their goals. In her free time, she practices yoga, participates in book clubs, and listens to music to maintain her own mental wellbeing.
